Purpose and Scope:

warehouses. This competitive industry requires that our customers have the right product at the right time to ensure the ability to meet patient needs. There is increasing reliance on rapid solution delivery to meet evolving needs while providing high performance and availability across the system landscape. This role will manage growing teams of IT professionals to deliver and support solutions in direct support of the Inventory Management organization. The role also will have the primary business relationship and collaborate with other technology teams to set strategic direction and manage deliveries to meet business needs and to ensure system availability and system life cycle management. The Senior Manager of Supply Chain Management must have experience in managing teams delivering high value solutions and supporting multiple systems requiring high availability. The evolving business environment requires a senior-level manager with influencing skills and experience as a change leader. The Senior Manager must have strong experience with SAP Supply Chain Management. Experience with other inventory management and supply chain platforms is preferred. The Senior Manager should be proficient in:
team building, vendor management, crafting a strategic technology investment roadmap, partnering with business leaders to assess needs and manage expectations for solution delivery, introducing quality practices to ensure customer satisfaction, implementing tools and process to provide excellent systems support, and collaborating with various technology groups to optimize delivery and support results. Experience with Agile techniques such as Scrum is preferred.
Responsibilities:
Build and manage a world class team of business analysts and software engineers to deliver excellent supply chain practices for our business partners in Inventory Management and Trade Compliance. Ensure the availability, reliability and security of supply chain systems Support robust change and configuration management practices Manage service integrator and other technology vendor relationships Develop business cases, justifications and cost-benefit analysis for IT spend Collaborate with architecture team in devising the best architecture and designs including an emphasis on web services, reusable business functions, frameworks and methodologies Manage programs and projects to ensure timely and successful delivery Make technology recommendation related to the supply chain environment Establish guiding principles and ensure the architecture validity to support business functions and future growth Create an agile work environment to deliver programs while balancing time, cost and scope Work with internal business users Research and recommend investment, development, installation, and use of technology improvements Mentor and develop team members to enable personal and professional development Assess and address team skill and knowledge gaps to ensure the teams consistently have the knowledge, skills and experience to execute Medline's supply chain roadmap Respond to business critical emergency situations related to support of time sensitive platforms Oversee the development and maintenance of technical and process documentation Provide oversight for team and project managers relative to developing and managing resource plans Oversight and guidance relative to staffing, including recruitment, supervision, scheduling, development, evaluation, and disciplinary actions Additional responsibilities as deemed necessary for the role BS in Computer Science or related; or equivalent technical experience; Advanced degree (Masters or MBA) preferred 4

years of demonstrated successful experience managing design/development teams through full development lifecycle Experience transforming systems/platforms for high availability Experience directing both onshore and offshore teams Solid understanding of diverse application development practices (including both waterfall and agile methodologies) Basic understanding of financial and revenue models Strong prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, project management (from conception to completion), & planning skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Demonstrated collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team Demonstrated ability to effectively work with and influence senior management Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines and reporting High degree of proficiency in MS Office Suite, Outlook, and Internet applications
Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification
Supply Chain & Logistics, Operations ManagementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
