SAP MM Functional Consultant (Hybrid_Mundelein IL)

Job Requirements:
Proficiency in EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) protocols and processes, including the ability to design, implement, and troubleshoot EDI interfaces.
Strong experience in working with SAP ECC (Enterprise Central Component) or SAP S4 (SAP S/4HANA) systems, with a focus on ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system interfaces, particularly for purchasing transactions.
Demonstrated expertise in managing and optimizing interfaces between SAP systems and other ERP systems, ensuring seamless data exchange and transaction processing.
Previous experience in migrating no SAPERP systems to SAP S4 or ECC, including planning, execution, and post-migration support.
Proficient in analyzing and resolving interface-related issues, ensuring data integrity and system reliability.
Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in EDI and ERP system integration.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to document processes, interface specifications, and provide training to end-users and colleagues.
Proven ability to adapt to evolving technology landscapes and stay updated on SAP and ERP trends and developments.
A bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience is preferred.
Any relevant certifications in SAP or EDI would be an advantage.
