The shifts will be 12-hour shifts with 3 1/2-day work weeks and alternating weekends! Description:
In this role, you'll oversee the upkeep and repair of various building systems, ensuring they meet operational standards.
Additionally, you'll supervise the maintenance team and ensure compliance with safety protocols.

Responsibilities:
Report and address potential safety hazards daily Ensure team members are trained in lockout/tagout procedures Conduct daily safety meetings Maintain a spare parts inventory for equipment Evaluate completed preventive maintenance tasks Address unsafe work conditions promptly Document equipment downtime via the MVP system Maintain cleanliness standards throughout the facility Manage maintenance staff through delegation and policy enforcement Uphold plant safety policies and procedures Approve time-off requests and oversee attendance Manage departmental overtime effectively Assist with incident investigations and capital projects Ensure timely completion of projects within budget and safety guidelines Perform other assigned duties Supervisory

Requirements:
Preferred Qualifications and Education Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, facility management, or related field 5
years' experience in a manufacturing environment 3

Ensuring routine maintenance and preventive maintenance Assign maintenance tasks to maintenance technicians Supervise facility maintenance activities including predictive maintenance floor maintenance diagnosis and repair and emergency maintenance Supervise the maintenance staff at maintenance facility Supervising a maintenance crew for scheduled maintenance Execute needed work orders for maintenance repairs and monitor maintenance activities with the responsible maintenance supervisor Supervising maintenance including predictive maintenance equipment repair and rebuild electrical refrigeration grounds equipment noise control and maintenance training programs Perform general maintenance/building repairs Organize daily maintenance of equipment Utilize preventive maintenance software (INFOR) Oversee the maintenance of plant equipment Develop a preventative maintenance program using the maintenance records Used in building maintenance repair Oversee safety program and preventative maintenance Perform preventive maintenance and minor repairs on equipment Perform maintenance management by supervising maintenance personnel and establishing priorities in maintenance schedules Achieve scheduled maintenance and repairs Assign maintenance technicians to facility projects, maintenance repairs, and preventative maintenance supporting the production cells Implementing a preventative maintenance program Prioritize maintenance work and ensure proper maintenance resource allocation for maintenance downs Recommended Skills Commissioning Control Systems Hvac Installations (Manual/Mechanical) Safety Assurance Troubleshooting (Problem Solving) Apply to this job.
